RETURNS POLICY (WORLDWIDE)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered from HamroHemp, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Please include your sales receipt with your return. If you would like a replacement or exchange you will need to place a new order online. Any parcels sent to HamroHemp Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service on any returns and do not cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

An order can only be canceled or changed if the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by email if would like to change your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been dispatched.
